It Started Like This…
A few mechanics started a Facebook group about seven years ago—just messing around, talking tools, and sharing setups. No plan. No strategy. Just a couple of gearheads who loved arguing over impact wrenches and toolbox layouts.
Fast forward to today, and 389,000+ members later, we’re still talking tools—except now, it’s more than just a Facebook group.
This thing’s growing by 100+ tool freaks a day—and they’re all just as addicted as you.
We’ve seen every flex, every setup, and every “What’s the best ratchet set?” post imaginable.
And yeah, we’re still arguing over impact wrenches.
Somewhere along the way, TAA turned into more than just a group.
It became a full-blown tool addiction support network (not that we’re looking for a cure).
Why Build This Site?
Facebook’s great for trash talk and flexing your setup—but it’s a dumpster fire for keeping things organized.
We needed a home base. A real one.
A place where every tool review, every pro tip, every deal drop, and every wild member story could actually live—and not get buried under another “What’s the best toolbox?” thread.

We’re Tool Addicts Anonymous!
The official website
You In?
- If you’ve ever spent half your paycheck on a tool “just because”...
- If you’ve ever lost a 10mm socket and started questioning life itself…
- If your shop setup is cleaner than your living room...
Then yeah, this is where you belong.
Welcome to the next level of Tool Addicts Anonymous
(TAA for short—because nobody has time to type out Anonymous.)
You know you belong here. Might as well make it official.
