Refund & Return Policy
At Tool Addicts Anonymous, all sales are final as each product is made-to-order specifically for you. We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless an item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
Returns & Refunds for Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is misprinted, defective, or damaged, you must submit a request within 30 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
To submit a claim:
Contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, you must notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our printing partner to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address & Unclaimed Packages
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, the package may be returned to the printing facility. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address.
Unclaimed packages may be returned to the printing facility. If this happens, we will contact you with options for reshipment at your expense.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing because all merch is made-to-order specifically for you. Please check the size charts carefully before placing your order.
If you need a different size, you’ll need to place a new order, my friend.
EU Consumer Rights Notice
For our friends in the EU: Under Directive 2011/83/EU, customized products are not eligible for return or withdrawal unless they are defective or damaged.
